Pastoral Staff

Randall Terrill has been the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church since August 1989. He got his BA degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas, and received a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Luther Rice Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida. He is married to Doris. Lois Chiles has been our church secretary since October 1986. She is married and has three children and four grandchildren. Her husband, Phil, is a manager for Hallmark Cards. Her primary responsibility is to handle the requirements of the church office. Lois is a member of the church and therefore is involved with many ministry areas of the church. Currently she serves as the church treasurer, involved with AB Women's Ministries regionally and is a General Board representative for the National Denomination. Charles Beltz has been our Choir Director since 1991. He is married to Sally. Charles has four children and nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He holds a Master of Music Education from Wichita State University. He has taught music in the public school system and served for over thirty years in several churches in the music field. He retired from the school system in April of 1998. He serves the church in many areas.
Mark Cox became our custodian in December 2000.   Mark has been a member of our church for several years and volunteers his time to serve the Lord in our AWANA program.  Mark is married to Debra and they have two children: Ian and Amy.
